At GenZ Next Academy, operated by Ayyappar Solutions Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality training programs. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be provided for our courses and services.
1. General Policy-
All course fees are non-refundable once paid, except in cases where the course is canceled by the company.

Students are encouraged to review all course details, curriculum, and schedules before enrollment.
Refunds may be provided in the following situations:

The company cancels or discontinues a course before it begins.

A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.

Payment made was incorrect due to a billing issue (after verification).
Refunds will not be provided if:

The student withdraws or discontinues the course voluntarily.

The student is dissatisfied with the trainer, teaching style, or course content after classes have started.

The student fails to attend scheduled classes or complete the course.

Access to digital content/material has already been provided.

Refund requests must be made in writing to support@genznextacademy.com within 7 days of payment.

All requests will be reviewed and processed within 10–15 working days.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

For installment-based payments, no refund will be given for installments already paid.

Any promotional discounts, referral bonuses, or offers are non-refundable.
