Refund Policy

 

At GenZ Next Academy, operated by Ayyappar Solutions Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality training programs. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be provided for our courses and services.

1. General Policy
  • All course fees are non-refundable once paid, except in cases where the course is canceled by the company.

  • Students are encouraged to review all course details, curriculum, and schedules before enrollment.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be provided in the following situations:

  • The company cancels or discontinues a course before it begins.

  • A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.

  • Payment made was incorrect due to a billing issue (after verification).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The student withdraws or discontinues the course voluntarily.

  • The student is dissatisfied with the trainer, teaching style, or course content after classes have started.

  • The student fails to attend scheduled classes or complete the course.

  • Access to digital content/material has already been provided.

4. Refund Request Process
  • Refund requests must be made in writing to support@genznextacademy.com within 7 days of payment.

  • All requests will be reviewed and processed within 10–15 working days.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

5. Special Notes
  • For installment-based payments, no refund will be given for installments already paid.

  • Any promotional discounts, referral bonuses, or offers are non-refundable.

  • The company reserves the right to make final decisions regarding refund eligibility.
