By enrolling in our courses, registering as a trainer, sales partner, or accessing our Services, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

• Have provided accurate and complete registration details.

• Agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. Services Offered

GenZ Next Academy provides training programs in IT, Banking, Sales & Marketing, Government Exams (UPSC, TNPSC, NEET, etc.) and other professional development courses. We may update, modify, or discontinue any course or feature at any time without prior notice.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

• All course fees must be paid in full or as per agreed installment plans.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of course cancellation by the company.

• Any discounts, promotions, or referral benefits are subject to specific conditions.

4. Trainer & Sales Partner Terms

• Trainers are engaged on a commission-only model 

• Sales partners receive  commission per successful enrollment.

• Commissions are released within 10 working days after confirmation of fee payment.

• Trainers and sales staff must comply with company guidelines, maintain professionalism, and not misuse student data.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration.

• Maintain discipline, attend classes regularly, and respect trainers and peers.

• Not share course content, materials, or login credentials with unauthorized persons.

• Use our platform only for lawful learning purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course content, study material, videos, graphics, and website content are the intellectual property of Ayyappar Solutions Private Limited.

• Students and trainers are not allowed to copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide the best learning experience but do not guarantee guaranteed job placement, exam success, or outcomes.

• The company is not responsible for technical issues, internet connectivity, or disruptions beyond our control.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services if:

• A student, trainer, or sales partner violates these Terms.

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities are detected.

9. Privacy Policy

Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of Services means you accept the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [India].
